"04 Aerospace Complex Components High-end CNC Machining Demonstration Project" 04 Special Project Acceptance Meeting and Achievements Promotion Meeting Held in Shanghai

On February 3, the final inspection and acceptance meeting of the “Special Project on Aerospace Complex Structures High-end CNC Machining” 04 was held at the Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Plant.

The conference was organized by the "High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" major science and technology major implementation management office. “Aerospace Complex Structures High-end Numerical Control Processing Demonstration Project” is a major science and technology project in 2011. The main undertaking units are the Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Plant, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Dalian Machine Tool, Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool, Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute, and Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace. Software Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the research of this project.

The main task of the project is to address the characteristics of small-volume, multi-process, complex thin-walled, light-weight and high-strength aerospace complex structural parts, and to establish processing and manufacturing units with domestic high-end CNC machine tools as the main components, forming domestic high-end machine tools, numerical control systems and functional components. The application demonstration of aerospace typical parts and components processing, and the collection of induction problems in the processing process, the establishment of information management systems and the development of key common technology research.

Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Plant is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the entire project, organizing the application of machine tools, performance accuracy testing and evaluation specifications, and jointly bringing together the machine tool manufacturers to summarize and solve problems found in the demonstration; Shanghai Jiaotong University is responsible for error detection and compensation for hardware and software. Development; Dalian Machine Tool provides vertical and horizontal machining centers, turning centers, horizontal milling and other 10 high-precision, high-speed machine tools; Jinan No.2 machine tool provides a large-scale AC with five-axis milling head made of high-power milling head Gantry machining center; Beijing Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services provides heat treatment furnace; Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the application of information management system development.

Experts believe that the project "production, learning, research, use," a close combination of domestic high-end machine tools in the promotion and application of key areas have a demonstration role. The subject passed the acceptance.

After the final acceptance, the project’s results promotion meeting was held in the Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Plant’s lecture hall. The project participants were related to the personnel, the Ministry of Science and Technology major office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Equipment Division, the Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, aviation Leaders of industrial groups, as well as some aerospace companies and research institutes, about 100 people participated in the results promotion.
